This page explains the principles for privacy, safety, dignity, moderation, community behaviour and responsible use of the platform. Helpygram does not replace emergency services, police, medical professionals, child protection agencies or crisis support.

Personal data should be processed only where necessary for account access, platform safety, Help Signals, offers, moderation, legal compliance and communication. Exact private addresses of vulnerable people must not be displayed publicly.

Users must not harass, exploit, deceive, impersonate, shame, expose, manipulate or endanger another person, animal, child, elder, helper, business, school or organisation. Reports may be reviewed by moderators and unsafe content may be restricted or removed.

Children and school-related cases require stronger protection and must be handled through guardians, schools or verified organisations. Animal help, business visibility and financial-related assistance must be handled with responsible boundaries.
